Daily Care

• Clean before and after use. Grit and metal fines act like sandpaper on the working faces.
• Light oil film prevents corrosion on stored tools.
• Inspect tips and shoulders for nicks that will transfer marks to your parts.

Correct Loading

Always seat tools fully and centre the load. Off-centre bending and overloading beyond the rated t/m are the fastest ways to chip a tip or bend a punch.

Storage

Store tooling in dedicated racks, supported along its length, never stacked loose where edges can knock together. Keep matched sets together so ground pairs stay matched.
