T-Type 26° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die for Very Sharp Acute-Angle Bending

This T-type single-V press brake lower die combines a wide supporting base with a very sharp 26° V-groove, making it suitable for sheet metal forming applications that require an extremely acute intermediate angle.

The illustrated structure has an 80 mm overall height, and the effective working height is also 80 mm. The bottom base is 60 mm wide and 18 mm high, while the rated load capacity is 20 ton/m.

Standard configurations include V6, V8, V10 and V12, with different V-groove radii and load-bearing section widths.

26° V-Groove for Very Acute Forming

The 26° die angle provides more angular clearance than conventional 30°, 45°, 60°, 85° or 88° lower dies.

This makes the tooling suitable for applications where the workpiece must first be formed to a very sharp intermediate angle before a subsequent operation.

Compared with the wider V-opening ranges available in larger-angle T-type dies, this 26° series focuses on compact V-openings for very acute-angle forming applications.
