V20 30° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die for Acute-Angle Bending
This V20 30° press brake lower die uses a single-V structure designed for sheet metal forming applications requiring a sharp acute-angle groove with increased forming clearance.
The illustrated configuration features a 20 mm V-opening, 30° die angle, 90 mm overall height, 75 mm effective height and 35 mm body width, with a rated load capacity of 55 ton/m.
In this configuration, the 35 mm body width is also the main load-bearing section width, providing a wide and stable supporting structure around the V-groove during bending.
The combination of the V20 opening and 30° groove angle makes this lower die suitable for very acute-angle air bending, pre-bending and multi-stage forming applications.
Compared with smaller 30° V-opening dies, the V20 opening offers greater forming clearance and is suitable for applications requiring a larger bending radius or broader workpiece geometry.
30° V-Groove for Very Acute-Angle Forming
The 30° die angle is intended for applications where the sheet must be formed to a very acute intermediate angle.
