Extra Large Radius Replaceable Insert for Split-Type Press Brake Punch

This extra large radius replaceable insert is developed for modular press brake tooling systems where large bending radii are required.

The split-type design separates the working radius insert from the punch holder, allowing the same holder to be reused with different radius inserts. Instead of replacing a complete radius punch, manufacturers can change only the working insert according to different sheet metal forming requirements.

The models shown include R25, R30, R35 and R40 radius inserts, all manufactured with an 85° forming angle, 50 mm height, and 100 ton/m load capacity.
