Each WYS press brake upper tool is manufactured with controlled dimensions and precision-machined working surfaces to ensure reliable tooling performance and consistent bending accuracy.

The use of 42CrMo alloy steel combined with HRC 54 ± 2 hardness provides an excellent balance of strength, wear resistance, and service life for regular industrial production. The precision-machined working area helps maintain consistent contact with the sheet metal and lower die during the bending process.

The R3 mm punch tip is designed for general-purpose bending applications and can be matched with suitable lower dies according to the required bend angle, material thickness, inside bend radius, and production requirements.
