This V25 press brake lower die is designed with a single-V structure for stable and repeatable sheet metal bending on CNC press brakes.

The illustrated model features a 25 mm V-opening, 88° die angle, 90 mm overall height and 35 mm main body width, with a rated load capacity of 100 ton/m.

The V25 opening provides more bending clearance than smaller V-die sizes and is suitable for applications requiring a wider die opening and a larger inside bending radius. The 88° V-groove geometry is well suited to controlled air bending and allows flexibility when compensating for material springback.
