The WYS Machinery A, B, C, D and E Station Thick Turret Alignment Tools are precision maintenance tools developed for checking the center relationship between the upper and lower tooling positions of compatible thick turret punch presses.
During normal punching, the punch must enter the matching lower die with uniform clearance around the entire cutting profile. If the upper tool holder and lower die holder are not correctly centered, the effective clearance becomes uneven.
