Description

V4 / V7 85° Double-V Press Brake Lower Die

This double-V press brake lower die integrates V4 and V7 openings into a single compact die body, with both V-grooves manufactured at an 85° angle.

The die measures 50 mm in overall width and 26 mm in overall height, with a rated load capacity of 70 ton/m. Its two adjacent V-openings provide two bending groove options within one lower die, making it suitable for production environments where different V-opening sizes are required while maintaining a compact tooling configuration.

The illustrated version uses a plug-in mounting system, allowing the lower die to be positioned securely in a compatible lower die holder or press brake table system.

Rather than requiring two completely separate single-V dies, the double-V configuration integrates two working grooves into the same die body. The appropriate V-opening can be selected according to the material, sheet thickness, required bend geometry and production setup.

Plug-In Lower Die System

The illustrated lower die uses a plug-in mounting configuration.

This structure allows the lower die to engage with a corresponding die holder or lower tooling interface while maintaining accurate positioning during bending.

The plug-in structure shown here is not the only available mounting option. The bottom geometry and mounting interface can be manufactured according to the customer's existing press brake, lower die holder or tooling system.

The displayed V4 / V7 die represents one available configuration rather than a fixed product limitation.

Customers can specify different:

If the required tooling geometry is not available as a standard model, customers can provide the bending part drawing or tooling dimensions. Our engineering team can develop a suitable lower-die configuration according to the actual bending application.
