This V10 press brake lower die is designed with a single-V structure for precision sheet metal bending applications requiring a relatively small V-opening and stable support around the bending zone.
The illustrated model features a 10 mm V-opening, 85° die angle, 90 mm overall height and 25 mm overall width. The load-bearing section around the V-groove is 16 mm wide, and the die is rated for 50 ton/m.
The V10 opening provides a practical solution for thin and medium-gauge sheet metal bending, while the 85° die angle offers additional forming range for air bending applications where material springback needs to be considered.
