V8 85° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die for Precision Bending

This V8 press brake lower die is designed with a single-V structure for precision sheet metal bending applications requiring a relatively small V-opening and stable lower-tool support.

The illustrated model features an 8 mm V-opening, 85° die angle, 90 mm overall height and 25 mm overall width. The load-bearing section around the bending area is 16 mm wide, and the die has a rated load capacity of 40 ton/m.

The V8 opening is suitable for thin sheet metal and precision flange bending applications where a relatively small die opening is required. The 85° V-groove angle provides additional flexibility for air bending operations where material springback needs to be considered.

Customized Effective Height

The standard configuration shown has an effective working height of 75 mm.

Depending on the customer's press brake configuration and tooling combination, the effective height can also be manufactured as:

70 mm or other customized dimensions.

This allows the lower die to be matched with different punch heights, machine daylight, clamping systems and existing tooling arrangements.
