This V20 press brake lower die is designed with a single-V structure for stable and accurate bending of sheet metal components.

The illustrated model features a 20 mm V-opening, 88° die angle, 90 mm overall height and 30 mm main body width, with a rated load capacity of 100 ton/m.

The V20 opening provides a practical lower-tool configuration for a broad range of press brake bending applications. Compared with smaller V-opening dies, the wider V20 groove provides increased bending clearance and is suitable for applications requiring a larger inside bending radius or wider tooling opening.

The 88° V-groove geometry is suitable for controlled air bending and provides flexibility when material springback needs to be considered.
