Description

This WILA Type 80° press brake punch is a precision upper tool developed for general sheet metal bending and acute-angle forming applications. Its straight punch profile provides stable force transmission, while the 25 mm tool width and 10 mm tip width create a robust working section capable of handling loads up to 100 ton/m.

The 80° punch angle allows the sheet to be bent slightly beyond 90°, making the tool particularly useful when material springback must be compensated. It can also be used for acute-angle pre-bending and other forming operations when paired with a suitable lower V-die.

With a working height of 98 mm and an R1 mm tip radius, this upper punch combines compact dimensions, precise bend-line control and dependable load-bearing performance.
