This T-type single-V press brake lower die combines a wide supporting base with a high-profile vertical working section and a very sharp 26° V-groove, providing a specialized lower-tool solution for very acute-angle sheet metal forming.

Compared with the H80 version of the same T-type structure, the H120 configuration provides additional vertical working height and more clearance around the workpiece while maintaining the same wide-base design concept.

The dimensions shown represent one available configuration rather than a manufacturing limitation. WYS Machinery can customize the complete lower-die cross-section according to the customer's press brake, tooling combination and workpiece geometry.

26° V-Groove for Very Sharp Acute-Angle Forming

The 26° single-V groove is designed for applications requiring a very sharp intermediate bend angle.

Compared with 30°, 45°, 60°, 85° and 88° lower dies, the 26° geometry provides greater angular clearance for very acute forming processes.
