V60 85° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die for Large V-Opening Bending
This V60 press brake lower die is designed with a robust single-V structure for sheet metal bending applications requiring a large die opening and stable lower-tool support.
The illustrated model features a 60 mm V-opening, 85° die angle, 90 mm overall height and 80 mm overall width, with a rated load capacity of 100 ton/m.
The V60 opening provides substantial bending clearance and is suitable for applications requiring a larger inside bend radius, wider flange clearance or thicker sheet material within the allowable bending capacity.
The 85° V-groove geometry is suitable for air bending and provides additional forming range when material springback needs to be considered.
Large V-Opening for Increased Forming Clearance
The 60 mm V-opening provides significantly more working space than smaller V-dies.
This makes the die suitable for applications requiring:
