H120 T-Type 45° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die with 60 mm Wide Base

This T-type single-V press brake lower die combines a wide supporting base with a tall vertical working section and a 45° V-groove, providing a stable high-profile lower-tool structure for acute-angle sheet metal bending.

Compared with the H80 version of the same T-type structure, the H120 configuration provides increased vertical working height and additional clearance around the workpiece while retaining the same wide-base design concept.

The tooling shown is one available configuration rather than a fixed limitation. WYS Machinery can manufacture the complete lower-die profile according to the customer's press brake, tooling combination and workpiece requirements.

45° V-Groove for Sharp Acute-Angle Bending

The illustrated lower die uses a 45° single-V groove, making it suitable for sharp acute-angle air bending, pre-bending and multi-stage forming.

Compared with wider 60°, 85° or 88° lower dies, the 45° geometry provides additional angular clearance where the workpiece must be formed to a more acute intermediate angle.
