H120 T-Type 60° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die with 60 mm Wide Base
This T-type single-V press brake lower die combines a wide supporting base with an extended vertical working section and a 60° V-groove, providing a stable high-profile lower-tool structure for acute-angle sheet metal bending.

Compared with the H80 version of this T-type lower die, the H120 design provides increased vertical working height and additional clearance around the workpiece while retaining the same wide-base structural concept.
The configuration shown is one available design rather than a fixed manufacturing limitation. WYS Machinery can manufacture the complete lower-die cross-section according to the customer's press brake, workpiece geometry and bending requirements.
60° V-Groove for Acute-Angle Bending
The illustrated lower die uses a 60° single-V groove, suitable for acute-angle air bending, pre-bending and multi-stage forming.
The 60° geometry provides more angular clearance than conventional 85° or 88° lower dies and can be used where the workpiece needs to reach an acute intermediate angle before subsequent forming.
