T-Type 30° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die with Wide 60 mm Base

This T-type single-V press brake lower die combines a wide supporting base with a vertical single-V working section and a sharp 30° V-groove, making it suitable for very acute-angle sheet metal forming applications.

The illustrated structure has an 80 mm overall height, and the effective working height is also 80 mm. The base width is 60 mm, with an 18 mm base height.

Unlike a single fixed-capacity model, this 30° T-type lower die family is available in several V-opening configurations, with rated capacities ranging from 35 ton/m to 50 ton/m depending on the selected model.

The tooling shown on this page represents one standard structural family rather than a limitation of WYS Machinery's manufacturing capability. The V-opening, die angle, working-section width, groove radius, overall height, tool length and mounting structure can all be manufactured according to the customer's press brake and workpiece requirements.

The 30° die angle provides a sharp groove geometry for forming operations where the workpiece needs to reach a very acute intermediate angle.

Model Range from V6 to V25

The 30° T-type lower-die family covers several commonly used V-openings:

V6, V8, V10, V12, V16, V20 and V25

Smaller V-openings provide a more compact forming zone, while larger V-openings provide additional forming clearance.

This gives customers the ability to select a tooling configuration according to their actual material and forming geometry while retaining the same T-type wide-base structure.

Different Capacities for Different V-Opening Models

Unlike the 45°, 60°, 85° and 88° T-type families previously shown, the load capacity of this 30° T-type series varies by model.

The standard capacities are:

T6 / T8 – 35 ton/m
T10 / T12 – 40 ton/m
T16 – 45 ton/m
T20 / T25 – 50 ton/m

This information should be considered together with the selected V-opening and tooling geometry when choosing a lower die.
