V20 60° Single-V Press Brake Lower Die for Acute-Angle Bending
This V20 press brake lower die is designed with a single-V structure for sheet metal forming applications requiring a 60° groove and a relatively wide V-opening.
The illustrated configuration features a 20 mm V-opening, 60° die angle, 90 mm overall height and 30 mm body width, with a rated load capacity of 60 ton/m.
The combination of the V20 opening and 60° V-groove geometry makes this lower die suitable for acute-angle air bending, pre-bending and multi-stage forming operations where a narrower included angle is required than with conventional 85°, 88° or 90° lower dies.
Compared with smaller V-opening acute-angle dies, the V20 opening provides increased forming clearance and can accommodate applications requiring a larger inside bending radius or wider flange geometry.
