This A Station ground symbol marking tool is designed to form a permanent grounding identification mark directly on sheet metal using a turret punch press. The formed symbol provides clear and durable identification without requiring a separate labeling process.
The tooling can be customized for different logos, symbols, marking dimensions and forming profiles according to customer drawings and sheet metal requirements. Upward or downward marking configurations are available depending on the required appearance and orientation.
WYS Machinery can manufacture thick turret and thin turret marking tools in A, B, C, D and E station sizes. TRUMPF and Murata Wiedemann type structures are also available for different punch press systems.
