Description
This B Station embossing tool is designed for creating raised or recessed features in sheet metal using a turret punch press. The matched punch and die form the required embossing profile during the punching stroke, providing consistent forming results for sheet metal components.
The tooling shown represents one custom embossing configuration. Embossing shape, diameter, height, clearance and other dimensions can be manufactured according to the customer's drawing, sample or forming requirements.
In addition to B Station tooling, WYS Machinery can manufacture A, C, D and E station embossing tools for different sheet metal applications. TRUMPF and Murata Wiedemann type structures are also available for compatible punch press systems.
