Description
This B Station rib roller forming tool is designed to produce continuous rib features in sheet metal on a thick turret punch press. The matched rollers form the required profile as the sheet moves through the tooling, making it suitable for reinforcing and functional sheet metal features.
Rib width, height, profile and forming direction can be customized according to the sheet material, thickness and application requirements.
WYS Machinery can manufacture upward or downward roller forming tools in thick turret and thin turret configurations, with A, B, C, D and E station sizes available. TRUMPF and Murata Wiedemann type structures can also be produced for different punch press systems.
