Description
This B Station single bridge forming tool is designed to create raised bridge-shaped features in sheet metal using a thick turret punch press. The forming operation produces a controlled bridge profile while keeping the formed section connected to the surrounding sheet.
The bridge length, width, height, profile and tooling dimensions can be customized according to the customer's drawing, material and forming requirements.
In addition to B Station thick turret tooling, WYS Machinery can manufacture A, C, D and E station configurations, thin turret tooling, as well as TRUMPF and Murata Wiedemann type bridge forming tools for different punch press systems.
