Description

The WYS Machinery B Station Thick Turret Custom Logo Embossing Tool is a special marking and shallow forming tool developed to create a fixed logo, symbol or identification profile directly in sheet metal.

The photographed tool consists of a matching upper-tool and lower-die assembly. The two working faces contain corresponding male and female profiles. During the programmed punch press stroke, the sheet is pressed between these matched profiles, causing localized material displacement and producing the required raised or recessed mark.

Unlike an ordinary punching tool, the custom logo embossing tool does not normally cut through the sheet or create a conventional slug. The mark becomes a permanent physical part of the workpiece.
