This V125 80° press brake lower die combines a very large single-V working groove with a stepped lower mounting structure, providing a robust lower-tool configuration for sheet metal bending applications that require substantial forming clearance and a large V-opening.

The lower mounting profile is structurally different from the narrow plug-in mounting structure used on many standard single-V lower dies. In this design, the wide 154 mm body transitions to a 90 mm stepped bottom base, forming a broader mounting profile for compatible lower-die holders and press brake systems.

V125 Opening for Very Large Forming Clearance

The 125 mm V-opening provides a very large working zone and substantial clearance around the workpiece during bending.

Compared with smaller V-opening dies, the V125 configuration is suitable for applications requiring:
